CBS This Morning (the ‘Moment of Nature’ segment is the perfect way to start the week), NY Times, Jazz + indulgent breakfast to start. Then if I’m lucky, something outdoors like yoga, a bike ride, paddle boarding, kayaking or just a long walk.

Something truly special that makes you feel good. That can be anything right? A piece of clothing, a book, a loaf of bread. You can find artistry and luxury in anything. When it resonates with you I say buy it and enjoy.
