HUGO SPRITZ
1.5 oz St-Germain
2 oz prosecco
2 oz soda water
Mint sprig
Lemon slice
Add the St-Germain and mint into a cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. Add ice, prosecco, and soda water to the shaker, and stir gently to combine. Pour into your favorite glass, and garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon slice.

CASA DRAGONES SPICY RANCH WATER
2 oz Casa Dragones Blanco tequila
1 oz lime juice
Topo Chico
Jalapeño, sliced
Tajin rim
Add the tequila, lime juice, and jalapeño to a cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake ingredients until cold. Fill a tajin-rimmed glass with ice, and strain ingredients from the shaker into the glass. Top with Topo Chico and garnish with more jalapeños.

KÁSTRA ELIÓN GIMLET
2.5 oz Kástra Elión vodka
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Lime slice
Add the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, or serve up in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
