What does that mean? I really only eat good foods because I’m so sensitive! But I love vegan, gluten-free pancakes.

Do you have any rituals that you consider important to being your best self?
I practice energy healing on myself and lie on my infrared mat almost daily, and I visit the Korean spa almost every week.

To magically help people open their hearts and minds from rigid beliefs and understand interconnection.
