As we’re moving into the new decade, what are you taking with you and what are you leaving behind?
As we move into the new decade, I would like to take gratitude with me and leave behind anger. When we are grateful for the gifts and life lessons that came from our choices, we step into our authenticity and release the anger that no longer serves us. Vibrationally, we are creating space for something new and more in alignment with our core essence.

Do you have any rituals that you consider important to being your best self?
My ritual of taking a nightly bath with lavender and Epsom salts is everything. Lavender is a calming scent and the Epsom salts draw the energy down from your head to your feet, so that your mind isn’t racing with thoughts from the day. The bathtub is my sanctuary where I can think through ideas without all the mental noise and clutter. I often do my best problem solving while taking a bath.
